Creating & Producing the Tree artworks is an incredibly time consuming and work-intensive process. Therefore Thomas’ larger Tree Artworks have a lead time of up to 12 weeks. The smaller artworks have a lead time of up to 8 weeks. If you have any specific enquiries with regards to lead times, please get in touch.

Shipping for all large Tree artworks is £35 flat rate, in UK.

Although Thomas’ Tree artworks are Limited Editions, each one that is produced is subtly different, very much a unique piece of work. The grain pattern of the wood used and the exact and particular reaction between the surface of the wood and the laser are contributing factors to the individual end result.

Returns & Refunds

Thomas wishes all customers to be entirely happy with their Tree and endeavours to create the highest quality works. However, If upon receipt of the artwork, you are not happy with your artwork, you have the right to a refund, within 14 days of receipt of the artwork. The artwork must be returned in its original condition, using the original MDF packaging provided. Postage & Packaging must be paid by the customer. Once the artwork is received, a refund will be processed.
